1. The short version

Your home's data never leaves your PC. Tendlore has no accounts, no cloud storage, and no telemetry. The app makes exactly two kinds of network calls: license activation/refresh and checking for app updates. Neither carries any of your home's data.

2. The desktop app

Everything you put into Tendlore — your systems, specs, tasks, history, contractors, runbook, attachments — is stored as plain files in a folder on your own computer. We cannot see it, copy it, or delete it. There is no analytics or crash-reporting of any kind, and nothing phones home by default.

License activation sends only your license key to our license server, which answers with a signed confirmation the app can verify offline. Update checks fetch a version manifest from our download server; like any web request, the server sees your IP address, which we don't log against you or correlate with anything.

3. Purchases

Checkout is handled by Stripe, which collects your email and payment details under its own privacy policy. What we keep is deliberately minimal: an opaque license id, a payment reference, and a one-way hash of your purchase email. We do not store your email address, name, or payment details.

The email hash exists for exactly one feature: license recovery. When you type your email there, we hash it, look for a match, and — if one exists — send your key to that address. The plaintext address is used only for that send and never stored.

4. This website

tendlore.com is a static site served by Cloudflare. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and contains no trackers. Cloudflare processes standard request logs (like IP addresses) to serve and protect the site.

5. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and its effective date. We treat the promises above — local-first, no telemetry, license issuance as the only backend — as product constraints, not marketing copy.
